A house believed to have been built between the 1860s and 1890s. The house was re-roofed in the mid 1980s but by 2010 the roof was in need of refurbishment, along with many other aspects of the house, which formed part of a total refit with an eco theme in 2012. This includes substantial insulation of the roof, floors and walls.
